peculiar place

i thought i'd write this blog before i go lead worship. an odd activity to do but i feel the need to get this out there...so here we go.

this week has been an odd mixture of hard work, pain and suffering (from heat and dehydration!), to beautiful fellowship, unexpected disappointments, strange phone calls, change in plans, and sudden emergencies.

it has been all over the place.

despite all the obvious distrations...we came here on a mission and we've accomplished it. something to be celebrated tonight.

so leading worship, you may ask? yes i know. a bit surprised myself and i'm working out the internal conflict about it. lol. long long long story there (for another time and another place). music hasnt been something really prevalent in my life as of late. for lots of reasons and none that are terrible or scandalous as some might assume.

no...i've been focused on finishing and completing goals and tasks...so that means less time for the things i love so much like music. but its good to be back to what i love. seriously...

ok gonna have to finish this another time...

i need to spend some time with the Master...will finish this when devo is over....lots to share.
